Meet our Veterinarians
W.B. (Cuatro) Patterson IV, DVM
Cuatro was born and raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on a ranch between Hunt and Leakey. He gradutated from Leakey High School in 1985, and earned his undergraduate degree in 1990, when he graduated Cum Laude. In 1994 he again graduated from Texas A&M University--this time with his degree in Veterinary Medicine--moved to Kerrville and joined Town and Country Animal Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian. Cuatro became a partner of the practice in 1996 and purchased it in 2001. He continues to take great pride in making our hospital better every year. He currently lives in Kerrville with his wife, two sons, one dog and three cats. He is certified in Vetstem Regeneration Cell therapy. In his spare time he loves fishing and boating, as well coaching his sons' sporting events. He is on the Board of Directors for Guadalupe National Bank as well as the Board of Directors of Texas Veterinary Medical Association. He is a member of the 12th Man Association, is Vice President of the Kerr County Texas A&M club and is a Deacon at Trinity Baptist Church.
Scott Chapman, DVM
Scott was raised in Kingwood, TX. In 2001 he graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine and promptly moved to the Kerrville area where he joined the Town and Country Animal Hospital family. He bacame a partner in the practice in 2004. Scott is now a resident of Hunt, TX with his wife and 4 boys. He is an avid hunter and fisherman as well as an active member of the community where he is a Scholarship and Muster Chairman for the Kerr Country A&M Club, an Officer in the Knights of Columbus and a contributing member of Notre Dame Catholic Church.
Brandon D. McBride, DVM
In June of 2010 Dr. McBride joined our practice and returned to his original roots in the Texas Hill Country. He was born in Fredricksburg, Texas, but his family traveled quite a bit during his school years and he ended up in Albany, TX. Texas A&M University was his university of choice, where he received his Bachelor of Science in 2001 in Range Land Ecology. Houston, Texas was his next stop where he worked for an Environmental Services Group. He moved to Austin shortly after that and worked as Veterinary Technician and decided to pursue his goals of becoming a veterinarian. He attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University, receiving his doctorate in 2009. He was then employed by Kansas State as a surgical intern for an additional year with a focus on large animal orthopedics.
